Job Title: Service Management Coordinator
Job Description: Location: Chester, VA / Contract

Individual will perform project coordination activities and day to day activities related to service management and service lifecycle management processes, including updates to service portfolio tool and service catalog, coordinating meetings and providing status on services.

Local candidates strongly preferred.
Must be available for face to face, NO skype, NO exceptions.

Skills Needed:
  • 6 Years of experience in IT Project Coordination required.

  • 5 Years of experience in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required.

  • 5 Years of experience in strong communication skills - written and oral, and organization skills required.

  • 3 Years of experience in service management required.

  • 3 Years of experience in ITIL knowledge required.

  • 3 Years of experience in sharePoint knowledge - (super user, not developer) required.

  • Individual will also handle miscellaneous tasks and special projects assigned by service management director.

  • Individual will also provide support to effectively and efficiently continue to advance services through the service life cycle management process.

  • Project coordination, Microsoft office tools, oral and written communication skills, organization skills, ability to work with all levels of organization to resolve problems, understands best practices in service management, SharePoint knowledge, ITIL knowledge.
