Job Description: Location: Richmond, VA / Contract.

Client is looking for a Systems/Business Analyst to provide day to day support. Client is a partner in statewide activities to promote cancer prevention, early detection, and successful treatment and care.

Local candidates strongly preferred.
Must be available for face to face, NO skype, NO exceptions.

Skills Needed:
  • 5 years of experience in business and system analysis required.

  • 3 years of experience in SQL development expertise using SQL Server 2008 or higher required.

  • 5 years of experience in data analysis using advanced techniques required.

  • 3 years of experience in creating high level task plan and deliverables required.

  • 5 years of experience in very good oral and written communication required.

  • 3 years of experience in performing bulk data updates and muli-table updates and loading data into SQL databases required.

  • 2 years of experience in software development Life Cycle(SDLC), Defect Tracker software required.

  • 2 years of experience in supporting .Net based applications highly desired.

  • 2 years of experience in supporting Windows applications (Winforms) highly desired.

Description:
  • Problem resolution and coordination for all RegistryPlus modules (WebPlus, CRSPlus, PrepPlus, AbstractPlus, eMarC).

  • Installing and managing promotion of software and “data edits” in the RegistryPlus environments.

  • Coordinating RegistryPlus technical issues with CDC.

  • Documenting (and maintaining documentation) of the RegistryPlus technical environment.

  • Supporting RegistryPlus software on local desktop workstations (as needed).

  • Documenting and updating Registry Plus issues in HP Quality Center.

  • Managing and evaluating the overall RegistryPlus technical environment including server configurations and configuration changes.

  • Coordinating technical issues and agency work requests (related to RegistryPlus) with the client.

  • Evaluating new RegistryPlus software options (i.e. CRSPlus/.Net).

  • Address issues with running Client/Server CDC application.

  • Geo-code cases with Lat./Long. based upon the street address.

  • They return it with the geocoding for us to load into the database and update the cases.

  • Load Death Cases.

  • Ad-hoc SQL support.

  • Custom views for reports.

  • Provide SQL so that CR can run bulk updates.

  • SQL is based upon errors generated by CDC edits.

  • Fix customer created SQL.

  • Terminal server overview.

  • Server overview.

  • Database review for missing indexes.

  • Provide technical information needed for security risk assessments related to RegistryPlus.
