Job Title: Programmer Analyst - RPA Developer/Administrator
Job Description: Location: Richmond, VA/ 12+ Months Contract

We are looking for resources who have strong application development experience and experience in building RPA processes ( Robotic Automation Process) using Automation Anywhere or any other similar vendor tools

Local candidates strongly preferred.
Only US Citizen or Permanent Residence is required due to export control restrictions

Responsibilities:
  • In-depth experience in programming or systems analysis is required. Experience in using Automation Anywhere Tool will be a plus.

  • RPA Developer/Administrator role includes: Develop bot(s) in accordance with system design documentation (SDD) and create associated technical design document (TDD).

  • Interact closely with various functional and cross-functional teams to ensure bot(s) are meeting user requirements per SDD and TDD.

  • Setup required environment components, variables and required authentication and interfaces with other applications for the bot to process.

  • Investigate any issues in the production environment, troubleshoot and raise remediation with the business.

  • Design and develop in accordance with the DE Center of Excellence (COE) development standards and best practices including the creation of reusable components, scripts and frameworks for efficiency and scalability Works independently on bot projects.

  • Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

  • Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents bots and bot processes.

  • Incumbents are competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities.

  • Guides and advises less experienced Programmer Analysts.

  • Monitored on project's progress and results.

  • Errors may cause delay, expense and disruption.

  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned. (Mastery of the subject matter or diversified knowledge of principles and practice in broad areas of assignments and related fields.).

  • Able to handle the most complex work and all aspects of the job using wide knowledge of the field and mastery (advanced knowledge, skill and/or abilities that provides subject matter authority and superior command in a particular job) of the subject matter may provide input in setting objectives and policy.

  • Identifying critical issues and introducing new concepts makes decisions independently provides assistance, advice, and solutions to peers, customers, and co-workers identifies and implements better work alternatives and business processes.
