Location: Richmond, VA/ 12+ Months Contract
A major financial institutions is looking for a Technical Architect who will be responsible for designing and effectively implementing strategies and business solutions. Able to direct, guide and define for the development of architecture to meet product strategies and business goals.
Local candidates strongly preferred.
Only Green Card and US Citizen required
Top Skills Needed:
- The candidate should have excellent presentation/ articulation skills and broad knowledge of technology solutions and delivery.
- Able to design and architect Identity and Access Management solution using AD, Microsoft application servers and Azure.
- Able to identify and analyze business need, technology strategies and recommend solutions to improve and develop the business.
- 8 years of strong experience in an IT environment with technical knowledge which provides the skills, knowledge and abilities.
- Design and develop all level environment, deployment, production environment to support SDLC.
- Manage projects with business and IT strategy to help projects sustain alignment with company policy's and standards.
- Knowledge and understanding in architecture frameworks, standards and tools.
- Strong experience of integration architecture in .net and linux environment required.
- Strong in developing roadmaps and manage to meet security goals.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented principles with an ability to write clean code.
- Will be responsible for architectural in integration technologies.
- Able to design and architect business applications.
- Strong technical writing experience to meet the policy and standard with company compliance.
Preferred skills:
- Azure or AWS certification is preferred.
- Understanding of databases and data warehousing methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of selling or delivering IT services (Infrastructure, Application Development/Maintenance, ERPs etc).
- Understanding and knowledge to manage project management tools.
- Understanding and knowledge in Cloud based architecture and design solutions.
- Understanding and knowledge for design, configuration and management of Azure and AWS.
- Understanding and knowledge of architectures, and architectural design patterns for business solution.
- Understanding and Knowledge of all enterprise architecture processes and business needs.
