Adish Jain

Founder and President

Mr. Jain founded Leading Edge Systems in 1997 after developing his executive skill set as an engineer in the Fortune 100 energy industry. His keen eye for value added processes and detail gave him the impetus to become the leader and visionary behind the success of the company.

For Leading Edge Systems, Adish architects the landscape for our overall business strategy, and builds strategic relationships by providing customized solutions and consistently high levels of service. Adish has grown the organization into a strong partner with Federal, State, and Municipal clients as well as a growing list of Fortune 500 Corporations. Adish is currently a board member for the Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce (AABAC), a long standing member of the Virginia Minority Development Council (VMSDC), and an active member of the Richmond Technology Council.

Harrison (H.F.) Jones

Director, Business Development

Mr. Jones is responsible for the business development activities for Leading Edge Systems of Richmond. He is an information systems executive with more than 30 years experience in the IT industry having worked for such organizations as Northrop Grumman Corporation, KPMG, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. He possesses proven skills in a broad range of organizational disciplines: evaluation, design, and implementation of process improvements, project management, systems development and operations, communications, business development, computer facility design and construction, and customer account management.

H.F. is an alumnus of the University of Richmond and has attended advance courses at both Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Virginia. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Richmond Technology Council.

Jeremy Mackey

Director of Recruitment

Jeremy uses 13 years of Human Resources, Business Development, and Recruitment experience to manage client and consultant relationships. At Leading Edge, Jeremy negotiates long and short term client and consultant contracts and develops proposals to leverage Leading Edge's resources with the needs of current and potential client bases. Jeremy actively seeks opportunities to create and expand Leading Edge Systems relationships within Government, Defense consulting organizations, as well as Fortune 100 corporations. He is an active member of the Virginia Minority Development Council (VMSDC), Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce (AABAC), and the Richmond Technology Council.

Alok Jain

Off-Shore Operations Director

Alok leads our off-shore sourcing team and coordinates and manages relationships between recruitment and final solutions. He is an expert in sourcing technological talent both off-shore and in the continental US. Alok's team is responsible for developing strong IT talent and ensuring that our clients have access to cutting-edge resources.
